How long will it take to make a candle?

Almost everyone of our products are hand crafted by us here at Bath Body n Wax and we are currently experiencing a pandemic worldwide which has given us a shortage of staff but we will try to have all order shipped within the week of ordering

Can I get a refund if I return the product?

For all orders placed on our www.bathbodynwax.com.auwebsite, you will receive an order confirmation & tax invoice by email immediately after you place your order. You can also get a hard copy of your receipt from your customer account on the www.bathbodynwax.com.au website by visiting the My Orders section then clicking on the order receipt you wish to print. If you placed your order as a guest, your order confirmation & receipt will be sent by email. Should you wish to obtain a duplicate receipt, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I bulk order from your store?

All of our Body Bath N Wax products are available for purchase at our our Body Bath N Wax online store – www.bathbodynwax.com.au. In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site and select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of two things:If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed.It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is out of stock for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "out of stock".You can contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you if you cannot find a particular item.

How long does shipping usually take?

Due to the current COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions in parts of Australia, particularly New South Wales & Victoria, we are experiencing a significant increase in online shopping orders on the Bath Body and Wax. Customers may experience a slight delay in order processing times. Rest assured we are working as quickly as possible to process and ship all online orders. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

What if the products are broken when I recieve my delivery?

Unfortunaltey we cannot refund broken items and you will have to call your shipping provider to let them know your order has been broken, damaged or otherwise 2 weeks from the time you ordered
